2023 Policy and Price Updates
We
- There is a $100.00 rental minimum for customer pick up. Excluding fees, such as cleaning / labor fees, etc. and taxes.
- There is a $250.00 rental minimum for Almighty Rentals delivery and pick up services, excluding delivery / pick up fees, or other fees such as cleaning / labor fees, etc. and taxes. Delivery / pick up fee is $55.00 each way or 25% of the total rental; whichever is greater and within our delivery and pick up zones, if outsize the zones, additional fees will apply.
- Any
event rentals 7 ,days prior to event pick up / delivery date will include an Express Order Fee of $ 45. 00. Most events are confirmed 14 days prior to event date and rentals are pulled and ready. Express fee covers the unexpected labor & time to prepare orders for week of event.
- To
visit our showroom & work with our coordinators, an appointment is required. The showroom is not open for walk-ins. The consultation fee is $100, non- refundable. If you choose to rent with Almighty Rentals, 50% of the deposit will be applied towards your rentals.
- Linen rentals must be paid in full at time of confirming order, we do not take deposits on linen orders and a 15-day lead time to guarantee product availability is highly encouraged. We cannot guarantee availability less than 15-days. No refunds or cancellations are permitted for linen rentals. A required cleaning fee will be added to all linen orders.
*Non-Tent quotes are good for 14 days from the quote date.
Tent quotes are good for 7 days from quote date. Quote pricing and inventory quantities are not guaranteed or available until a converted reservation is paid with a deposit or paid in full.
