2024-2025 Policy and Price Updates

We really appreciate your sustained support shopping local, with the continued changes of the economy, nationwide product pricing increase, and labor market demands, we are announcing price and policy changes, from 2022 and continuing into 2025.

• There is a $100.00 rental minimum for customer pick up. Excluding fees, such as cleaning / labor fees, etc. and taxes.  

 

• There is a $250.00 rental minimum for Almighty Rentals delivery and pick up services, excluding delivery / pick up fees, or other fees such as cleaning / labor fees, etc. and taxes.  Delivery / pick up fee is $75.00 each way or 25% of the total rental; whichever is greater and within our delivery and pick up zones, if outsize the zones, additional fees will apply.

• Linen rentals are through a third party and must be paid in full at time of confirming order, we do not take deposits on linen orders. A 15-day lead time to guarantee product availability. We no longer fill linen orders the week of event or day of event.  No refunds or cancellations are permitted for linen rentals.  A required cleaning fee will be added to all linen orders. 

*Non-Tent quotes are good for 14 days from the quote date.

Tent quotes are good for 7 days from quote date. Quote pricing and inventory quantities are not guaranteed or available until a converted reservation is paid with a deposit or paid in full. 

Almighty Rentals increased labor-intensive rentals and added labor fees. With the ever-changing economy, vehicle standards, best practices, and safety standards, Almighty Rentals ultimately needed to change pricing to fit the demands to successfully operate a small business.
